Applications:

Our newly developed Blower Driven Airknife is ideal for a wide range of cleaning, drying and cooling applications. By using blowers in stead of compressed air, the Blower Driven Airknife can reduce operational costs by 60% to 90%. Moreover, they reduce noise, are easy to install and maintain and are user friendly. The Blower Driven Airknife can be used fordrying or cleaning bottles, cans and crates, plastic parts, sheet and strip, textiles or to blowaway chips, shavings and dust in metal and woodworking machines. Or to remove debris from larger operations, surfaces or objects. The Blower Driven Airknife is constructed of extruded aluminum profiles and can be made to any required length, up to 4 m in one piece. The Blower Driven Airknife can be delivered as Airknife only or as complete System, including blower, ducting and supports.

Available for air pressures of up to 200 mbar and with air-speeds of 200 m/s. Higher pressure or speed on request available.
