If you don't know the internal temp and ambient temp, you need to obtain the dissipated watts rating for each component inside of the cabinet. This can usually be obtained from the manufacturer of the components. Keep in mind, this is not the total energy consumption of the components, but the amount of energy that is lost in the form of heat
